Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

Do you have what it takes to become a dynamic leader and change yourself and the world?

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.

RYLA: Level Up Your Leadership

RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) is an all-expenses-paid leadership experience for high school students who want to grow their confidence, leadership skills, and real-world impact.

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Castle Rock, RYLA brings students from across Colorado together for a few unforgettable days of teamwork, challenges, and personal growth at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park.

Why Go to RYLA?

RYLA isn’t school. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and actually fun. You’ll:

  • Build confidence and leadership skills

  • Learn how to communicate, problem-solve, and work as a team

  • Step outside your comfort zone (in the best way)

  • Meet motivated students from other schools

  • Make friends you’ll stay in touch with long after RYLA ends

Many students say RYLA is one of the most impactful experiences of their high school years.
